  • Step 1
    Site Mark out and Excavation
    This involves the positioning and setting out of the pool. Our experienced excavator operators then complete the excavation.
  • Step 2
    Formwork and Steel Fixing
    The shell of the pool is formed via the formwork and steelwork. The pool will slowly start to take shape in readiness for the next stage.
  • Step 3
    Pre-Plumb
    Plumbing and pipework takes place, pipework is placed in strategic places to ensure successful operation of the pool once complete. Earthing of the reo bars is done at this stage also.
  • Step 4
    Shot Crete and Handover
    With the steel and shell now laid out, the concrete pour and spray is done. At this stage you will visually start to see the pool taking shape. After this stage is complete, we recommend a minimum 4 week “curing period” to allow the concrete to achieve its ultimate strength.
